Fila Commercial for Wu-Tang’s Weathertech Boot

by L.A. Ruano, December 30, 2008

Promoting their current project alongside legendary Hip-Hop group, Wu-Tang, Fila drops an interesting commercial featuring the sons of members Masta Killa, Power, and GZA. The clip not only shows off the straight-from-the-90’s style boot but gives some beneficial insight on how to rock them right while still keeping your street swag partially intact. For those feeling Fila’s latest collabo, three colors of the Weathertech are now available exclusively through Finishline.

Omg I used to design for Fila but this is ridiculous! Fila is done for and using the kids of members of the Wu to promote a ugly*** shoe. Pathetic

this makes sense, Supreme did the Northface Collabo and it went off. The whole mid 90’s NYC look is still hanging around. these looks good.

Maybe it’s because I’m from the early 90’s, but I’d definately rock those. A little different then them kids though. Their pants were too tight

I can’t really hate on the style, cause it’ll be in again very shortly, but this commercial….?

Fila is consistently blowing it. First, any shoe at Finishline is getting overlooked. Secondly, why partner with a group that, while legendary, has no relevance in the current world of style. A 90’s hiker in 2008? WACK!
