Crooks & Castles x Vans Fremont High

Los Angeles-based Crooks & Castles will be joining the sneaker game by collaborating with skate shoe giant Vans. Based on the Fremont High model, it will come in white and black colorways with Crooks’ red/green/black strap accents reminiscent of Gucci’s high-end design. These are scheduled to be released early spring of ’09 and will only be sold at the 8021 store.

    haha yeah looks cheap actually. Seems like they lowered the perceived quality of the Vans Brand while making a shoe that looks as if it came from Payless or an off brand at Journey’s. They should have let Vans’ brand and style shine more cause this looks cheap. Look at what nike did with the gucci blazer. This doesn’t even compare in any way.
