Commissioned by Dior Homme artistic director Kris Van Assche, the Dior Homme store in Paris was given a fresh new installation by Italian artist Andrea Mastrovito. Inspired by the 2008 fall/winter collection, the artwork features 9,000 fantasy like butterfly silhouettes making their way through the boutiques white walls and ceiling. The installation will remain open until the end of the year after which the whimsical butterfly’s will disappear into the sunset.
