Revolver 2008 Winter Collection

After celebrating their 10th year anniversary in Paris, Revolver is back in Tokyo to present their new 2008 Winter collection which is very much inspired by the 80′s. Bringing back the authentic but simple golden years of Hip Hop designs into the fashion industry, Revolver’s designer Kiri, with the help of French illustrator SO ME, is making a strong statement as the forefront of Japanese Hip Hop/Streetwear scene.     The only thing that I really liked was the red jacket…

    Until I saw the picture of the back. As stated above, their stuff is too cartoonish. It comes off as more of a joke than fashion to me. Someone like Kayne West could pull this shit off. But most ever other person alive that doesn’t have the masses waiting on their next move to make up for their lack individuality will end up looking like a joke and will probably getting laughed at behind their back and to their face.
