Jeff Koons – Neue Nationalgalerie Exhibition

Jeff Koons brings his larger than life works to Berlin, showcasing 11 of his newer stainless steel sculptures. Certainly on par with fellow contemporary artist Damien Hirst, Koon’s art garners entire bank accounts worth of loot for just one of his extraordinary masterpieces. The current show of private collector pieces is taking place at Berlin’s Neue Nationalgalerie, remaining open until February 2nd, 2009. If your in town, be sure to stop by as it may be the only time all 11 pieces will be presented at the same time.

I seen the balloon dog In NYC at the Met which was cool, but i didnt really care for the others but these are dope
i got to see his stuff at the moca in chicago just this past september. huuuge exhibit. absolutely amazing. he’s incredibly overlooked. but that kinda makes me like him that much more…
He’s very slept on… even w/ you all at hypebeast showcasing him. People won’t care unless Pharrell or Kanye post a pic. Smh… what a shame, right?
