This sneaker is much better appreciated in person that any pictures could do. The materials used just don’t translate well to pictures…(In my Opinion)

I commend DJCK for putting out a shoe in “Orderly” and tasteful fashion, whether you like them or not. No one was killed and no one left angry according reports from 3 different states on a day where 3 people were killed before noon at Wal-Mart and Toys R US.

The price is approachable and the organization of this relaease is something to take note of in sneaker culture. Quite a few releases before this one have lead to people being arrested, fights, cars being damaged and people being robbed.

Those of you who are blaming Mayor for not getting a pair are misdirecting your anger. A couple of sizes including my size were sold out before I walked through the door (Purchased by folks with wristbands). I left the event a 6 am and did not see any folks (that had wristbands) complain about anything. Most of the people you saw being let in were covering the event for their blog or site. Everyone that walked through the door was not there to “buy the shoe”.

December 20th will be here before long. Get a grip people.

After hearing the shoe was not going to be available where I reside, initially I was a little upset. However, now that this piece of crap has been “unveiled”, I think Nike, DJ Clark Kent and anyone associated with this catastrophic letdown owe Jesus, and everyone who waisted precious time standing in line for what might be one of the worst AF1′s to ever drop, an apology! Hey Clark, stick to DJing!

first of all the Manager of the Nike Sportswear Store is a straight dick. i waited in line since 9:00pm and the fact that this mofo nor the website didn’t let anyone know that they were giving out wristbands. second all those assholes had their friends in the loop even though people didn’t have wristbands some people were walking out with sneakers or 2 pairs. all im saying shit’s fucked up.
p.s. DJ Clark Kent was like “i worked really hard on these” that’s a load of shit cause he just sat down with a consultant, made some kicks, then had little Chinese kids make them for $30.

what a fucking rip off…he had like 30 friends & family show up and nike employees and major kept letting people in and buying the shoes before the wrist bands..unexceptable nike really really sad man..i was there with my band and didnt get a size and it was all because of the friends and family parade that skipped the line..

that colorway is actually cool as hell. but the ponyhair makes the rest of the shoe unappealing to me
