Bentley 2009 Azure T Convertible
by L.A. Ruano, November 12, 2008

Making its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show will be the new Bentley Azure T Convertible. Much like the Arnage T, this model will feature a 6.75-liter V8 engine pumping out 500 bhp and 1000 Nm (738lb ft) of torque giving it a top speed of 179 mph while accelerating from 0-60 in 5.2 seconds. As expected, the interior gets a luxurious touch with an aluminum finish fascia, diamond quilted seats and door trim, iPod and USB connectivity, with a choice of 25 leather hides, 8 wood veneers and even 42 different exterior paint colors. The exterior is rounded off with 20″ five-spoke alloy wheels wrapped in 255/40 ZR20 Pirelli P Zero’s.

yo guy that said something about most people being driven in there bentleys, you would be wrong.
Bentley is a drivers car
Rolls Royce Is a car to be driven in.
Ive met quite a few people with bentleys and they all drive them on their own.
Phantoms and Maybachs are to be driven in.
It’s a nice ride for rich people to post up in. That’s it. Why would you even want a Bentley for speed? It’s a luxury car, made to drive slow and easy….make sure everyone sees that you’re “ballin out of control.” That said, I prolly wouldn’t purchase one even if I had the money because cars like these invite the wrong kinds of people, unless you’re an old money type – which while I’m doing well, I’m not old money.
“john”, the last checked, one isn’t buying an Azure model from Bentley to go street racing in. The 170-some mph that this thing can do will be more than enough for any man or woman to push on the streets.
Not to mention that for a convertible, this thing weighs over 3 tons. It needs to have power to get it’s mass in motion.
I would love to meet one person that has actually driven one of these and stats that it doesn’t go fast enough for them. No one with half a brain buys a Bentley for Veyron type performance.
You buy a Bentley for build, quality, luxury and muscle (Power). And I’d bet that if you go into a Bentley dealer and ask if most of their buyers drive their cars (Minus the Cont. GT, GTC and Flying Spur), or are mainly driven around in their cars.
Fuck. You wouldn’t even notice 150 in this car, but a little down up euro-tuner would shake at 90 to 110.
The wood veneer interior layout is simply sick.
dope.. in 2 months everyone will have one
this thing has a 6.75L V8 with 500 horse and 738ft lbs of torque and all it can pump out is a measly 179 mph?ALL SHOW NO GO!!!!! so thats what? 300K down the drain? no thanks
