Empire Trailer

From the creators of Bootleg Sessions, Ride/Relax Productions are in the midst of producing another fixed gear-orientated documentary titled Empire. Featuring help from Mishka NYC and Brooklyn Machine Works, the movie will outline bike culture and riding in New York City. A timeline for the documentary’s release has not been set, but stay tuned for more details.

    That is one of the silliest things I have ever seen. Was that really film of a guy riding a wheelie? And then doing a 180 backwards riding? I put that right up with watching a guys on skiis do a daffy and then a back scratcher. No I take that back…I’d rather watch a guy on skiis do those tricks than watch a guy ride a wheelie in traffic.

    I always thought that wearing a helmet and having brakes was kind of dumb.
