While the 2CV by Citroen was conceived as a no frills economical car which stressed cost-effectiveness, ease of use and versatility. A car for the masses, the 2CV is a marked departure from the glamorous world of the million dollar plus Veyron. A 60th anniversary celebration is taking place right now at Paris’ Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie until November 30th.
