adidas Originals Track Top Initiative

As the face of adidas’ lifestyle apparel collection, the track top has graced numerous generations in many different cultural settings. From atop the podium at the Olympics to the backs of b-boys, the adidas track top has become ingrained in the fabric of adidas. The timeless nature of the Trefoil is the central theme of the Track Top Initiative as six versions of the track top are created under different classic and contemporary materials. Including in the list are the the Super Track Top Grun (focusing on a eco-friendly approach), the Super Track Top Metal (a Schoeller created elastic metal blend that combines aesthetics with technology), the Super Track Top Tartan (made of 100% Scottish-woven lambswool tartan), the Super Track Top Denim (made of raw Japanese denim), the Super Track Top Leather (a minimalistic white nappa leather piece) and finally the Super Track Top Tweeds (featuring the world famous Harris Tweed material with nappa and satin details).
