Reed Annex

In Reed Space’s latest combative measures against the current woeful economy, they have recently opened a new retail front, Reed Annex. Sharing a spot directly beside the current Reed Space, the store will boast handfuls of savings between 30-75% off at all times in an outlet of sorts style arrangement. A strong attention to design was also incorporated as the space looks to mimic that of an ideal warehouse environment with custom-made stacked palettes with slot trays and wood cubes called SpaceCases (designed by Sinclair Smith). The store which is currently open will also work as a pop-up shop for select brands in the future.

This is old news. The Reed Space annex has been open all summer…about three months now and everything in there is crap. All the stuff that doesn’t sell next door. All those Nikes are bust. It’s just a really nice “clearance” section. Jeff just now put this news up on his blog because no one in New York visits the annex…”Yo, let’s go cop all of last year’s gear that no one wanted!”
