Photography from the Beijing Olympics Opening Ceremonies
by Eugene Kan, August 9, 2008
Gizmodo has posted some images from yesterday’s Olympic Opening Ceremonies in Beijing. A culmination of many years of hard work and society altering processes, the opening ceremony captured in this light represents a success for the Chinese population despite the controversial workings of their government. Each image is stunning in its own right and we look forward to checking out the next few weeks of sporting events.
