gram 2008 Fall/Winter Collection

Swedish footwear label gram has given us a glimpse into their 2008 fall/winter collection as the brand sets to build off the momentum derived from its spring/summer collection. The use of tri-color combinations is seen once again as the brand features select leather and coated cotton offerings. Using each models weight as symbolism behind the shoes name, this collection includes the mid-top 381 g and 383 g at the center of two other models, a low-top 399 g and high-top 420 g. Another project on gram’s behalf for this year is a joint effort with Danish brand S.N.S. who have taken appropriate measures to give the shoelace its due shine. Hand feeding premium Italian wool through a special machine, the end product features an exquisite product which embodies a sense of durability, balance and aesthetics. Only 250 sets were produced and retailed in a special 5-foot tall vending machine. A list of retailers can be seen at GramDesign.se.
