Thom Browne Fall 2008 Argyle Collection
by L.A. Ruano, July 3, 2008

Thom Browne has a highly regarded distinctive style and eye for luxurious design. Following a remarkably dark theme, Browne’s latest collection includes a cornucopia of argyle inspired garments. With most tailored Thom Browne suits costing in the upwards of $3000, precise fit and structure is an absolute necessity. Known for his infatuation with colors in the charcoal-gray range, many of these items feature a dim palette. Staple items in the ready to wear collection include a three button blazer with coordinating trousers highlighted by the lack of belt loops. Collection pieces are available at the Thom Browne flagship store in New York.

…okaaaay. Joke’s on me I guess. Hey Dirty Jax, maybe if your funny and snide enough hypebeast will do a review of your gear? Or maybe you need to kepp all those good ideas you got and make things really happen. To the rest of you not already addicted to hypebeasts’ nutsack just a word of warning: Thom Browne won’t go with those new Tier 0 SB’s not matter how much loot you spend. And Dirty Jax, ride the wave while it lasts my dude and enjoy. Stooooops.
Hypebeast consistently passes on brands like mine in favor of THIS SHIT! Next season I’m producing a super limited run of tees made from japanese monkey fur printed with fairy dust ink and titanium hangtags. ***Dude wheres my streetwear… http://www.karmaloop.com/kazbah-vendor.asp?VendorCode=DIRKB

Sorry Hypebeast, I don’t want to pigeon-hole you as an “urban fashion” website, but seriously, Thom Browne? I’m writing to you from Brooklyn, not Milan, yeah? Thom Browne doesn’t get too much play around where I’m at and street fashion seems to be gettng less play where your at. Don’t lose the focus.
