The Future of the Air Jordan - Air Jordan 2009

According to ajordanxi over at Sole Collector, with all the speculation surrounding the future of the flagship Air Jordan, some confirmed sources have revealed what’s upcoming for the world’s most famous signature. Starting in 2009, the Air Jordan will no longer follow a numerical installment like the past (I - XX3) but rather be named after the release year. This means look for the Air Jordan 2009 (not to be confused with Jumpman 2009) later this year.

guess it has to do with the importance to the number 23? you know how nike and jordan brand made a big thing over the significance to that number. i guess it’s a good idea we have to wait and see
