While stepping away from Stussy a few years back to live a casual and carefree live with his family, things are brewing on the horizon for Stussy founder Shawn Stussy and the launch of his upcoming label S/Double. With only a small preview on hand for his footwear, previous conversations have shed some light on the direction and concept behind S/Double. Very much a surfer at heart, Shawn Stussy has been emerged in surf culture ever since his days building boards as a young teen. Look for this to become the basis for S/Double as it strives to create a brand representing the surf world, much to the same tune of what Supreme has associated with skating and Neighborhood with motor culture.
