While stepping away from Stussy a few years back to live a casual and carefree live with his family, things are brewing on the horizon for Stussy founder Shawn Stussy and the launch of his upcoming label S/Double. With only a small preview on hand for his footwear, previous conversations have shed some light on the direction and concept behind S/Double. Very much a surfer at heart, Shawn Stussy has been emerged in surf culture ever since his days building boards as a young teen. Look for this to become the basis for S/Double as it strives to create a brand representing the surf world, much to the same tune of what Supreme has associated with skating and Neighborhood with motor culture. Stay tuned for more information regarding S/Double’s release and launch.

    That’s Shawn Stussy on his own. He doesn’t work for Stussy clothing any more.

    Stussy should not go into making footwear. If they want to make footwear, at least have some more originality. Dont just take some adidas and throw an s/double sign on it. If this new company is going to be a surf based company, why even have sneakers.

    always likin what stussy pops out…these aint that bad, kinda remind me of P-rod2’s and some etnies junk…..come out in all black for the right price i might get em.
