In his latest endeavors, multi-talented all around guy, Mos Def, teamed up with UNDERCRWN to produce a tee for the Amino Alkaline: The Watermelon Syndicate, a show that premiered at New York’s Carnegie Hall on June 28th of this year, featuring Mos and his live band playing a mix of jazz and blues. These limited edition tee’s will be available exclusively through Karmaloop in a black and white colorway.

    Mos Def needs to get back with Talib and do another Blackstar album. Everything he has done after that album besides Black on Both Sides and his Travelin Man song(s) and like three songs on his New Danger album have been nothing but weak to say the least. Mos Def has become nothing more than a name for white kids that want to try and drop a name. He has talent, but he needs to decide if he wants to be a MC, an actor or a cliche activist because to me, trying to be al three is just not working out.
