Visvim hooks up with mastermind JAPAN to deconstruct the classic Chuck Taylor All Star design and puts another unique twist on the sneaker. This time the Visvim and mastermind Japan collaboration replaces the canvas material with buttery soft leather in charcoal black and army green. The three different colorways are distinguished by the three different colors on the heel of the shoe (white, blue & red). Also, as always the brand plays with the aesthetics of the shoe by incorporating a zip lace on the tongue and the conventional white laces accent the shoe by running horizontal on the sides. The culmination of both Visvim and mastermind Japan make the Kiefer Hi’s a luxury sneaker fanatic’s dream. Available now at Soldout.

Why do people like visvim? It seems to me they just take classic silhouettes and then add something tacky/ugly to make it “original.” The only pairs i do like (i saw some cool ones in tokyo) were about $400, and they don’t even come in a size large enough for me.
