Leftfoot Taiwan x Vans by Jahan Loh SK8-HI

Leftfoot Taiwan and Vans have put together a collaborative effort inspired by artist and part-owner of Leftfoot Taiwan, Jahan Loh. His 2007 Dragon Chasers exhibition featured a series of art pieces revolving around the Asian cultural concept of chasing dragons. This theme is seen once again in this SK8-HI which features a suede and patent leather upper. Other details include embossed scales on the heel to represent that of a dragon, the use of purple representing honor and royalty in China and a clear sole revealing artwork from Jahan Loh.

Patent leather on Vans looks terrible. I agree with the other two posts that the purple toe looks bad too.

Im glad vans is mixin it up some not bad. Could of done without da purp toe. But who doesnt like a lil purple.

I kind of like the purple toe, sets em apart from the 1000 other shoes it would other wise look exactly like.
