As a child growing up, the experiences brought on by riding his BMX and skateboard gave WTAPS founder TET an interesting outlook on life which manifested itself in WTAPS’ popular line of apparel and accessories. His experience in the realm of BMX made him an interesting and qualified candidate to design the Japan BMX Federation kits. The jerseys have strong links to Japan including the use of traditional fonts and a map of Japan.

With the latest craze surrounding the Dunk coming in the form of the Vandal Supreme treatment, we’ve seen both original colorways and the use of a nylon upper reflecting the Vandal Supreme influence. This gold/black colorway is the third installment with previous showings seen on a silver version as well as a black/gold version. No word yet on a release date.

Although available sparingly outside of Japan, Silas’ 2008 summer footwear has arrived at London’s oki-ni. Included in the small release seen here are a collaboration with Reebok on the NPC and Silas’ own creation, the Junket. The designs and aesthetics are trademark Silas and marked by clean lines and premium choices in materials. Available now at oki-ni.

With the recent preview of the 112 Pack comes a further look into what the three sneaker pack holds for fans starting this July. The DJ Clark Kent designed trifecta is based around the “ones” such as the Air Force 1, Air Max 1 and the Air Trainer 1. From a visual perspective, the pack revolves around three distinct elements, elephant print, 3M and neon. As mentioned, expect a first week of July release.
