Nike has looked to the land of hopes and extravagances in Los Angeles as the basis for their latest Nike Blazer model, the LAX. Maybe not the best visual representation of LA, the sneaker colorway is predominately black and its details hidden away nicely. A few different subtle references to LA can be seen including a tonal LAX print (representing the airport code) and 213 embroidery on the heel tab (representing the phone code). These are available now at all UNDFTD locations in California and rumored to be a Los Angeles and area-only exclusive.

hmmm…honestly, nike is slipping. I think the color could be tweaked a little more. Nike needs to start creating shoes with interesting texture like the lobster dunks and not content with the usual suede. I believe Nike could’ve done a better job to represent a fabled city like LA. This Blazer looks like is made for Springville, XX and not LA.This is not doing LA and UNDFTD any justice
