As we tour the Irvine California Headquarters, Wayne Best outlines how New Era’s implications in the custom hat world began, how New Era approves the design process for non-sports related brands and the future direction of New Era. Upon watching the interview, it’s amazing how New Era has exploded on arguably what was the fulfillment of one simple request.

if you guys in fact did come to Irvine, I’d expect that interview to be way more content rich. I wouldn’t call that a walk-through their offices… more like 2 second clips to pan out. …
eugene tell daniel next time to either a) turn down the a/c to the lowest setting in the office or B) check the lav settings before actually shooting. shit was humming the whole time. other than that good piece.
