Arenas’ love of the game Halo is the reason behind this interesting team-up. The adidas TS Lightswitch is marked with a series of Halo-related firepower imagery. Only 100 pairs will release on February 8th.
Taking the concept to the max, Puma will release their take on “Groundhog Day” via the XR Runner. The classic 1990’s runner includes faux fur on the toebox and side panels with brown overlays. For skate and artist Ed Templeton, he always cherished his role as a pro skater and actively took stances against various social issues. His skate label Toy Machine became the haven for various pieces of his art to be displayed. Toy Machine’s signature character Transistor Sect has been running rampant since the brand’s inception back in ‘93, now making its way on a new collabo signature pro model with Emerica. Originally conceived as a low top, the creation of a mid was necessary for Templeton’s latest assassination scene. Look for these to hit select Emerica dealers on February 1st.
The debut of the Nike Tech Pack brought forth a new sort of innovation. Although Nike has always been grouped in a leading class of innovators, their Tech Pack combined high tech construction techniques with contemporary styling. Thus creating a line of clothing rivaled by few in the sports lifestyle department. Converse Japan has updated their latest releases with two upcoming Chuck Taylor releases. The Thermal pack features the use of tried tested and true thermal material to form the basis of the upper, while the MD pack is a subtle interpretation of the checker pattern. Both are available in a high top and low top version as well as multiple colors. Check your local Converse dealer for availability.
Of the flagship vintage models from Puma, the Puma Clyde easily ranks as among the top of its class. Its simplicity and smooth lines can never be over-looked for the often chunkier releases of its original era. A new batch of Clydes have hit for Spring each featuring simple colorways of red and blue. Available now at the Japanese store mischief.
Bape has once again teamed up with Medicom Toys on a series of Bearbricks set to release in March. With four colors in total, three of the Bearbricks will be released through regular Bape outlets while the fourth one (navy blue) will be limited to the member’s only Nigo’s Favorite Shop.
